Do I need to make a reservation?

All sessions have a limited number of openings and must have a minimum number of participants (4 participants minimum) for the session to be held. You can pre-register by phone or in person at our store location at least 2 days before the start date to reserve seats.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

If for any reason you wish to cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must notify SugarBuzz at least 24 hours prior to the session start time for a store credit in case of cancellation or reschedule for a later time. Failure to do so will result in a 100% forfeit of session payments.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be given only in cases where SugarBuzz cancels the session. Refunds will be in the same form of payment that was originally made at time of booking.

What if I have an emergency and can’t make the session?

We do understand that emergencies arise and our management will work with you on rescheduling you for another class that is convenient for you.

Will you use my photo on social media?

Your registration for a session grants permission for SugarBuzz to use any photo or video we make during sessions, parties and/or camps for promotional use. This includes but not limited to our store website, all
social medias that we use for business purposes, or store display. If for any reason you don’t want your photos posted on our media outlets, we
will not include you in the photo shots.

Parties

How many people do I need to book a party?

We require a minimum of 8 participants for private parties.

How long do parties last?

Each of our parties is 90 minutes of fun.

What is required to reserve a date for a party?

A $100 deposit is required upon booking to reserve the date. This is a
non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your final balance.

Can I change the number of party attendees after booking?

Yes, the final head count for parties must be confirmed seven (7) days
prior to party.

What if I have food allergies?

Client is responsible for disclosing any food allergies.

When is final payment due for parties?

Parties must be paid in full 48 hours prior to party.

What if I need to cancel my party after booking the date?

A minimum of seven (7) days notice is required for cancellation. We can
also change the date if necessary. If you have paid the final balance of
the party anytime before the 48 hours, you will receive 50% of that
remaining balance. Remember, we have already purchased all supplies
for your party.

What if I cancel on the day of party, do I get a refund?

No refund will be given on day of party. Our staff has already purchased
and set up your complete party package.

What if I bring additional kids?

There will be an additional $25 per child.
